The room was clean, but the shower head really needed replacing.

i had an unfortunate experience at this super 8. my room was dusty and the shower head barely worked—not how i expected to unwind. absolutely ridiculous that with such poor facilities, i wasn't offered an upgrade or even a complimentary snack. i almost considered giving a nice review, but i just couldn’t. disappointment abounds, really.

Had a lovely one-night stay with a spacious room that was super clean and cozy. The breakfast spread had everything I needed to kickstart my day. Enjoyed some relaxation in the pool and the hot tub, which were both nice perks after a long drive. Just be aware that the breakfast area fills up fast, but it didn't really put a damper on my trip! 😊

A nearby Tim Horton's provided better breakfast options, complementing the available items. Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of service during my stay, impacting the overall relaxation experience.

We had a nice stay with our small kids. The hotel is conveniently located near hiking trails set amongst rugged mountains, which made it easy to explore the great outdoors. The friendly staff made breakfast a pleasant experience, putting together a great spread of yogurt, bagels, and boiled eggs.

My wife says that the pool area could be cleaner.

Functional for Families, But Needs Attention

Our one-night stay was a mixed bag. The room provided ample space for our family. However, the cleanliness left much to be desired, especially in the bathroom.

It was just a decent option for a city trip in Revelstoke with attractive and competitive value for money. The friendly staff made the morning breakfast a pleasant experience despite the lower quality options. Check out the Tim Hortons next door for better breakfast choices.

The place was super clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly. We loved snowmobiling and exploring trails set amongst rugged mountains. Also, check out the golf club if you’re in the area! They really take care of your gear, which made our stay stress-free.

I faced an issue trying to get my refund after mixing up my reservation dates. Though the local manager helped with other accommodations, the refund issue was disappointing.

Couldn't recommend more for a city break

Clean room, friendly staff, the flat-screen TV made evenings enjoyable, and the free parking was a plus for exploring the area.
